All orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to preserve compound stability and integrity. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is included with all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
NBB Wellness ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once products have been shipped. Returns are not accepted for opened or used products.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
